Welcome to iFix Cloud. By accessing our website and using our services (iCloud Unlock, Carrier Unlock, and iCloud Bypass), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Description of Service

iFix Cloud provides IMEI-based unlocking services, iCloud bypass solutions, and device check reports.

  • Intermediary Role: You acknowledge that iFix Cloud acts as an intermediary between you (the user) and the unlocking servers/providers. We do not own the unlocking servers but facilitate the process on your behalf.

2. User Responsibilities & Eligibility

To ensure a successful service, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide the correct IMEI or Serial Number for your device. Orders processed with incorrect information provided by the user are generally non-refundable.
  • Carrier Verification: Before ordering a Carrier Unlock, you are solely responsible for verifying the original network/carrier of the device.
  • Compatible Devices: It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports the service you are purchasing (e.g., checking if the device is "Clean" vs. "Lost/Stolen" before ordering a "Clean" service).

3. Legal Use & Stolen Devices

Strict Policy: iFix Cloud has a zero-tolerance policy regarding stolen property.

  • You agree not to use our service for any illegal purposes.
  • We do not unlock devices that are reported as "Lost" or "Stolen" unless the specific service description explicitly states it is supported for such status.
  • If we suspect that a device is stolen, we reserve the right to refuse service and report the details to relevant authorities if necessary.

4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated Time: Our standard delivery time is approximately 1 day (24 hours).
  • Delays: While we strive to meet this timeframe, please understand that service times can vary due to server load, maintenance, or delays from the source provider. Timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Refund Policy

  • Service Failure: If we are unable to unlock your device or complete the service due to an error on our end or the server's end, a full refund will be issued to your account or original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refunds will be issued if:
    • You provided the wrong IMEI or Serial Number.
    • You selected the wrong carrier/network service.
    • The device is iCloud active/locked when you ordered a simple Carrier Unlock (unless specified otherwise).
    • The device is reported as "Stolen" and you ordered a "Clean" service.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Software Updates: For iCloud Bypass services, we are not responsible if the device relocks after you update the iOS or restore the device via iTunes/Computer, unless the service was sold as "Permanent."
  • Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss. Please back up your device before attempting any unlock or bypass procedures.

7. Changes to Terms

iFix Cloud reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
